Note:
When converting a solution from Sitecore 5.3 to Sitecore 6, module upgrades should be performed on a working Sitecore 6 solution as a last step when all other conversion steps are done.

Upgrade Instructions.

1. If you customized module items in the Core database under the sitecore/system/Tasks item, make sure they are transferred from the core database converted by Sitecore CMS 5.3 to CMS 6 Database Conversion Tool.
2. Install StatCenter package. During the installation you may be asked to skip or overwrite files or items. Choose:
        a. Skip: if you customized these entities and these changes reflect your customizations (e.g. items transferred from Sitecore CMS 5.x solution).
        b. Overwrite: if you didn't customize the entity or if you wish your customizations to be reset.
3. Replace the settings.xml file (\sitecore modules\shell\StatCenter\settings.xml) with the old one (from Sitecore 5.x solution).
4. During the installation of the module to the Sitecore CMS 5.x solution you modified some settings in the web.config file. In the version of the module for Sitecore CMS 6 all of them are stored in the \App_Config\Include\StatCenter.config file. So, if you customized these settings, you need to move them to StatCenter.config file.
5. Perform a republishing and test the site.
