Install Sitecore

Install Sitecore by following the instructions in SDN.

The guides are available on Sitecore Developer Portal.
Note:

Both CMS and DMS must be installed for Sitecore Commerce 7.5, powered by Commerce Server and Commerce Server 11.1.

The 7.5 RTM software is available for both the CMS and DMS here.
