The tool bar is a context-sensitive set of controls to use on list items presented in the content area.

The toolbar provides a content-sensitive set of choices based on the operations supported in
the content area, it always contains the following common tools:
- Filter List Item- Use this control to open the filter control, allowing you to apply filters to the list items in the content area.
- Sequence Categories
- Add
- Save
- Delete
