Catalogs

A catalog is a connection between Dynamics AX and Sitecore Commerce Server.

Catalogs are used to manage the visibility of products in browse and search experiences. When a catalog is published in Dynamics AX and assigned to a synchronized online storefront, the catalog data will synchronize with the Edge Catalog and become available. Changes in Dynamics AX will not be visible in a storefront until they are published in Dynamics and then synchronized with the Edge Catalog
