Delete an Authorization Role

Abstract

Remove a Commerce Role from the system.

At the Sitecore Desktop:

Warning

Do not delete any preconfigured Commerce Roles.

  1. Open the Role Manager.

    Select Sitecore → Security Tools → Role Manager.

  2. Select the role you wish to delete from the list.

    Click the role as it appears in the list.

  3. Click Delete in the Role Manager toolbar.

    The system responds with a confirmation box.

  4. Click OK.

    The system removes the role from Role Manager.
