Refresh a User Cache With User Manager

Abstract

Update servers in your farm with the most up to date information from the Sitecore Commerce 8.2 powered by Commerce Server and Commerce Server 11.4 profile store.

Complete the following prerequisites:

Context for the current task

  1. Log-in to the User Manager.

    Click Start → Security Tools → User Manager.

  2. Select the account to refresh.

    Click the account to refresh.

  3. Refresh the cache.

    Click Refresh Profile Cache from the Commerce chunk in the ribbon.
