Rewards and Activities
Abstract
Rewards and Activities work with customer points.
Rules for earning points can be based on products, variants, categories, tiers, promotion dates, and sales channels. The point earning and redemption rules are specified by the loyalty schemes that are applied to different loyalty programs. Customer activities can also be tracked to accumulate customer profile statistics.
Point rewards can be set as redeemable or non-redeemable. Multiple reward types can be used together for redemption, and rewards can be restricted to only apply to specific channels, products, or schedules.
