Enable the TenantΒΆ

By default, a tenant is disabled when it is created. The tenant must be enabled before it can be used to synchronize data.

  1. In Content Editor, navigate to your tenant.
  2. In the field Enabled, tick the checkbox.
  3. Save the item.
