Customer Details page
The Customer Details page shows detailed information about a customer that you can also edit. The sections include:
Details - contains basic information about the customer, such as account number, and also other details. You can edit the relevant data here.
Addresses - each customer can have several addresses. You can add and remove addresses here.
Customer Orders - a list of orders associated with the customer. You can navigate to specific orders from here.
Customer Entitlements - a list of entitlements, such gift cards, warranties, digital products, and more, that are associated with the customer. You can delete entitlements here.
There is also an Edit global action that lets you define the following fields.
