Order Entitlements

The Order Entitlement section shows all of the entitlement products that are associated with the order. The list displays two columns: Details and Disabled. 

The list displays the following two columns:

  • Details - The type of the entitlement, and any additional information that is specific to the entitlement. For example, with a gift card, it would show the original amount of the gift card and the remaining balance.

  • Disabled - If the entitlement has been disabled or canceled. For example, if the entitlement was a subscription service that the customer canceled, the entitlement would show as disabled.
