The supported interactive features

Abstract

The Rendition Builder supports interactive features such as button navigation, video, and hyperlinks.

Creating interactive documents in InDesign gives designers the control over the layout and design that they demand with enhancements such as button navigation, video, and hyperlinks. The Rendition Builder plugin allows you to render the HTML5 output from InDesign to Sitecore in order to create rich interactive presentations from an InDesign document.

The following overview lists the interactive features that Rendition Builder supports.

Buttons perform an action when the document is exported. For example, you can create a button that opens a website or jumps to a different page.

Type: Button.

Events: On Release or Tap, On Click.

Actions: Go to First Page, Go to Last Page, Go to Next Page, Go to Previous Page, Go to URL, Video.

Videos

Videos that you add to a document can be played when the document is exported.
