‘true’ value makes it possible to debug the site. When set to “false”, the debug flyout panel will still be visible, but the debug buttons will have no effect.

Default value : “false”.

If allowDebug is false, all web controls (descendants of WebControl) will have their 'DisableDebug' property set to true.
This causes the control to:

• Avoid logging any profiling information 
• Avoid logging any counter information
• Avoid showing rendering borders.
• Avoid showing rendering information.
