If changes do not appear in the web database after incremental publish, before performing another publish consult http://sdn.sitecore.net/Articles/Troubleshooting/Missing%20Content.html, especially under "Web Database". If data must be published immediately attempt Smart Publishing. If data continues to be absent after smart publication perform a Republish to update the website. If all else fails, restart IIS or reboot the machine. If the cause of the publishing failure cannot be determined contact the solution partner or Sitecore support with the requisite details.
