Default Value Mappings

In Salesforce, a campaign represents two things: the campaign itself, and the list of contacts associated with the campaign. Both of these things are represented in Sitecore.

Campaign

By default, the campaign synchronization process maps the following values from the Salesforce campaign to the Sitecore item.

These mappings are defined in the value mapping set named Salesforce Campaign to Sitecore External Marketing List Item.

Campaign Membership

By default, the campaign synchronization process maps the following values from the Salesforce campaign to the xDB contacts that are members of the campaign.

These mappings are defined in the value mapping set named Salesforce Campaign Membership to xDB Contact.
