Synchronization troubleshooting

You can review the details of each synchronization run for troubleshooting purposes.

When running Synchronization within Sitecore, you can review Sitecore logs for errors. Any Synchronization errors will have the prefix "[DataExchange]".

When running the Synchronization SDK console, everything is logged to the console.

When running the Synchronization SDK service, you can look at Event logs for errors.

Also, there is the ability to log information about the most recent synchronization run to the Pipeline Batch that is associated with the synchronization.

The pipeline batch provides settings under Summary Settings to select the level of information to log. The information is recorded in the Summary section.
